The main purpose of Compass Ministries is to direct the lost and captive to the Living Word, Jesus Christ, who will save the lost and set the captive free. After receiving deliverance from panic disorder in 1994, Gail Welch founded Compass Ministries in the year 2004. She is called by God to be a teacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Her total and complete deliverance and healing is maintained through her relationship with God and her willingness to obey Him and do what is written in His Word, the Holy Bible. Compass Ministries endeavors to motivate people to renew their minds using the Word of God so that they see themselves the way God sees them.  Not only will they learn to live in the abundant lifestyle and authority that God has given them through the death, burial and resurrection of His Son Jesus Christ, but also be empowered to execute the call of God upon their lives as well. Our support group “Frame Your World”, mainly addresses anxiety, panic and fear bound issues but we also minister to bondages of any nature.   We also go into the homes of the agoraphobic with the life changing news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Endued with the power of the Holy Ghost, we evangelize, minister the Baptism with the Holy Spirit, lay hands on the sick, cast out demons, and preach the acceptable year of the Lord with signs and wonders following.
